Guidelines After Author Notification

Whether your paper was accepted as is or requires minor revisions, please log in to your Microsoft CMT account to view the final decision and review the detailed feedback from our reviewers. To finalize your submission for the conference proceedings, you must complete the following steps by the specified deadline included in your author notification email. 

1. Review and Address Comments

• Carefully read through the reviewers' feedback in CMT.

• You are required to address all these comments and document your changes using the official Correction Report.

2. Prepare the Camera-Ready Abstract

• Format your final Abstract using the ICSDS 2026 official conference template.

• Please ensure that you update your abstract based on the reviewers' suggestions.

• Include the corrected abstract and all author names and affiliations in your final document, use the Camera Ready Guidelines and the Supplymentary Guidelines in preparing your Camera Ready Abstract.

• Rename the file as ICSDS_ID_Submission No (e.g., ICSDS_ID_120).

3. Upload Final Documents to CMT

• Once your revisions are complete, log back into your CMT author console.

• Upload your finalised camera-ready abstract and your completed Correction Report.

• Documents must be uploaded to CMT, emailed submissions are not considered.

Important Note: Authors who fail to send the correction report along with the camera-ready copy / revised Abstract on or before the specified deadline will not be considered for publication in the ICSDS 2026 conference proceedings.

Next Steps: Registration and Presentations

Conference Registration

• Registration must be completed after the submission of your camera-ready abstract and correction report.

• The registration for the conference is mandatory, and submission will be considered ineligible if registration is not completed before the 20th of June.

• Registration details and the payment portal will be opened on our conference website by 20th May 2026.

Presentation Guidelines

• Take note if your submission was requested to be an oral presentation or poster presentation via the author notification.

• Once the camera ready submission is uploaded, you may prepare for your presentations.

• Please strictly follow the formatting and recording instructions detailed in the guidelines below.
