Presenting Author Registration Guidelines
The Presenting Author of the accepted abstract/full paper must register and present their work at the conference to publish their paper in the conference proceedings.
Make sure to submit your camera-ready paper before registering for the conference.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTING AUTHORS
* Non-UoK - Not affiliated to the University of Kelaniya
** UoK - Affiliated to the University of Kelaniya
Refreshments and lunch will be provided for all the registered participants.
Local participants must present their papers physically at the conference.
International participants are allowed to present online.
Non-presenting Author Registration (Non-UoK Participant)
If you are not a student or a staff member of the University of Kelaniya (UoK), you should register using the link given in the table below on or before DD/MM/YY
Authors who are eligible to register under the category of 'Students' need producing their student ID/Student Handbook or a letter issued by the relevant authority of the corresponding university to certify that they are student.
Payment is not required for Academic Staff members of the University of Kelaniya.
ICSDS 2026 follows a No-Show Policy. At least one author must present the accepted paper for it to remain eligible for inclusion in the conference proceedings or the T&F volume. Papers that are not presented will be classified as No-Show and will not be published.
Please email your payment receipt to icsds2026@kln.ac.lk after the transfer.
